Best in town! Their customer service is outstanding! Our furnace needed to be replaced at the start of the biggest snowstorm this year and they had a new furnace in and running just in time. Great follow-up and professional staff! Highly recommend!

Had both my furnaces In my commercial building go out during negative temps. Chris personally came out to diagnose and fix my them. One needed a new part that was ordered and replaced the next day by Ricky. I will be using them in the future. I appreciate the professional and knowledgeable service!
I highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. My furnace was red tagged during a routine tuneup on 12/6/17 (12 degrees that day) by CenterPoint Energy and they couldn't get a new furnace in until the next week. Residential came on 12/7 with a bid cheaper than CenterPoint and I would have heat the next day (12/8). Bob the installer was very professional and courteous.Chris, the owner, was very personable and a pleasure to work with!! Thank You it's nice to be warm again!!
Residential Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job of replacing my broken furnace on short notice. Chris came over to my house about 3 hours after I called in and gave me an estimate. Their price was the best among 3 bids I received. I paid exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. The installation crew came the next morning and put in the furnace flawlessly. From the time I lost heat to the time the heat was restored, it was less than 24 hours. I had a few questions after the installation and called their office. Renee explained everything very clearly and patiently. Highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for their outstanding services and solid customer support!
We just had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced and the service we got from Residential Heating and Air Conditioning was outstanding. They were very helpful in answering all our questions about the install and the new equipment. The technicians were very courteous on the day of the install and also provided a good brief on the new furnace and ac unit before they left. They were also able to coordinate getting our water heater replaced in the same day. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning to those needing equipment replaced.
Surprised by a carbon monoxide high reading at the beginning of a cold snap and boilers turned off... We needed to scramble. Residential came to the rescue. They got our heat delivering as promised in less than a week. As promised, I should add. We did get other bids and did our research. We got a good product at a fair price. Chris was great.
