I could not have hoped for a better experience than I had with Residential Heating. I woke at 5am to a cold house. I called the company to have a service call. The lady on the other end told me what to try to keep the heat going till a service person could arrive. That worked well in my favor. That saved me. The repair person was extremely knowledgeable. My furnace was 18 years old and probably needed to be replaced, which I agreed to.
The day of the instilation went smoothly, the installer was also very knowledgeable and very personable.
Again, great service, very perfessional, and I'm so please to continue to be their customer.

Woke up and my Ecobee alerted me there was an issue with my furnace not warming the house. I called Residential Heating and Air Conditioning and Mike was at my door within a couple hours. He quickly worked to diagnose the issue and checked the furnace operation once the issue was resolved. Very happy I was able to repair my 14 year old furnace rather than face surprise replacement cost. I feel this company is honest and not pushing services I don't need. Thanks to Mike and team!

I wish I could give Dane and Chris more stars! It was so scary when my Furnace broke. Then, Lowe's connected me with Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. They were so kind and the prices were unbelievable. My Furnace is like new and my pockets aren't depleted.
My brand new furnace kept cutting out. Even though Residential Heating and Air didn't install it, they came out and figured out what was wrong with it very quickly. They checked with the manufacturer then fixed the problem within a week. Will definitely be using them for all our heating and air needs in the future.
