We had routine maintenance done on our furnace and ac. Kody did a through investigation on each unit and found several issues. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong, why it needed to be fixed, and he had pricing information available. We fixed some of the issues, and we will have Residential Heating and Air back out soon to fix the remaining issues.
I found Kody to be polite, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home.
This company also has excellent customer service, and they seem to train their employees not just in how to do the job, but also in how to treat their clients.

Kody Lamb came to give my air conditioner a tune-up because I'm in the tune-up program. He found a few things wrong which were hindering the unit from running efficiently. He fixed, installed new parts, and cleaned my air conditioner. He also put in a new furnace filter because I had forgotten to do that for 6 months. And replaced my AprilAire filter while he was here as well.
Kody was friendly and knowledgeable about what he was explaining to me and went over all the things he went over to get my AC in tip-top shape for summer!
