I bought a completely new AC and furnace from Residential Heating and Air Conditioning ten years ago now. I had them come out and take a look at the furnace. Kody found my igniter was in bad shape and I had a stuck valve. Got those replaced and I'm ready to go for the winter. It's great to have such knowledgeable and friendly people looking over something so important.

There's never a good time for the furnace to break down. Luckily residential heating was available for an afternoon appointment the same day. They've always done good work and this time was no exception.
Extra shout out to Kody for taking the extra time to make sure it was done right and that everything checked out and worked once the replacements were in and everything was closed back up.
