The entire transaction was seamless, professional and the communication was stellar. Brett and Charlie were the two gentleman that installed the mini splits. They were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and their quality of work was exceptional. Mike was great, professional and helpful with info about my system and tips for maintenance. Didn't meet his coworker who was on the roof, but they seemed to work well as a team - sent me photos from up top. They were looking at other units in the bldg as well. Glad I signed up for their service and definitely will use them again.
