I have used Residential Heating and Air on my own home and on rental properties, in all cases they have done excellent work with fair pricing. The equipment they installed has been trouble-free which i can't say about the units that were there prior which results in less headaches for me! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. We restore 12-15 homes a year in the Twin Cities metro. Anyone can haul in the hardware and connect infrastructure - Residential helps us problem solve and find the healthiest circulation strategy for every house. Chris, Jim, Tony, and Anne care about craftsmanship and genuinely enjoy their business. Things come up in every project that are unforeseen - this Crew handles challenges with accountability and resolve. My name is Ryan, and I'd be happy to refer Residential H/AC to homeowners and contractors looking for a full-service shop that
is consistent, capable, and priced competitively.

The leadership team at Residential Heating & Air Conditioning are amazing to work with. Five star customer service and the best HVAC solutions will be discovered here!!!!

Very thankful for Caesar for getting the needed part and working this Sunday to bring heat back to our home.

Residential Heating and Air did a great job cleaning our vents. The guys were so friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again next year.

Great people to work with. On my second commercial HVAC replacement this year as I upgrade my building. Chris has been excellent to work with. On the ball, looking for ways to save me money.

Very thorough & conscientious furnace check-up!

Both technicians (Randy and Grant) were polite and knowledgable. They arrived ahead of schedule, were efficient in their work and kept me informed throughout the whole process. A breath of fresh air after having other repair people to our new home.

The only drawback of my tall unique Finnish designed home has been the couple of high efficient furnaces I have managed to waterboard with 30' of exhaust piping with various sizes which George equated to a method of distillery. The countless episodes of changing exhaust fans, relays, or igniters assured me it would be something simple when my wife pointed out to me from sleep that there was no heat once again...
Insulting was my impression after waiting 45 minutes starting at 8:00am for a return call from my last opportunistic repair service stating that it would be time and a half after 3:00 with their limited schedule. Finally after 8 inquires to anyone listed in the phone book, assuring Renee said Residential Heating would be there today.
From George's wholesome diagnose, a thorough explanation to every detail, admiring Tony's confident approach to his craft, having space heaters provided, and admiring what looks to be journeymen workmanship throughout, Residential Heating and Air is what I would label as something 'great' about America.
