The entire transaction was seamless, professional and the communication was stellar. Brett and Charlie were the two gentleman that installed the mini splits. They were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and their quality of work was exceptional. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs mechanics!.

Mike was great, professional and helpful with info about my system and tips for maintenance. Didn't meet his coworker who was on the roof, but they seemed to work well as a team - sent me photos from up top. They were looking at other units in the bldg as well. Glad I signed up for their service and definitely will use them again.
They were right on time, the day after I called for an AC check-up and cleaning. Very informative, and no hard sell to replace equipment that was working. Overall, another excellent experience from this company.

Highly recommend!! Superior response time and service quality provided in all aspects, from start to finish. Very timely follow up to email inquiry and scheduling of service. Dane AC tech was extremely helpful in diagnosing the electrical functionality issue of a 20 year old AC unit, his first step in determining best solutions instead of trying to upsell a new unit. He immediately contacted the electrician used by Residental HVAC (St. Joseph Electrical, Inc. - Jim) to discuss the issue. Jim was out within a few hours to further assess and followed up early the next day to replace AC wiring and fuse box, AC now running!!. Dane immediately called to check on AC capabilities and advised that if there are any issues with cooling to call him - he is on call for the weekend. Great appreciation for the excellent customer service especially that of Dane and Jim. When the time comes for AC replacement I will definitely be contacting Residential HVAC, hoping it is later rather than sooner, and for any other needs that may arise in the future!!!
