Kody Lamb came out to inspect my air conditioner. He was friendly and professional. He was able to quickly find the issue and get it up and running again quickly.

We had routine maintenance done on our furnace and ac. Kody did a through investigation on each unit and found several issues. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong, why it needed to be fixed, and he had pricing information available. We fixed some of the issues, and we will have Residential Heating and Air back out soon to fix the remaining issues.
I found Kody to be polite, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home.
This company also has excellent customer service, and they seem to train their employees not just in how to do the job, but also in how to treat their clients.
